ok so i dont review much but this is one that requires a review.Let me explain the difference between this back support vs my previous one.Which by the way isnt cheap and ive had it over 15 years.Back supports usually have a sort of give and stretch after you close the big ends or tighten the straps down.This king of kings has zero give.It will expand only if you remove the side cinch straps from crossing the middlebut its not a stretchy give. its a loosening give,like a belt on your jeans.Once you set the tension, whether with or without the tightening of the 2 side straps,You wont get flex. So if your tight standing up and you sit,your belt will get tighter.If you then lay down,you might feel looser because the way the body fluff shifts hahaahThis isnt necessarily a bad thing. The only downside is that you have to adjust from standing to sitting. So what i do is i set my tension when putting the belt on and then i cinch down to the support i need. You will absolutely be able to squeeze your stomach against this belt and get massive support. I dont think ive ever gotten this much support from a belt other than a weight lifting type belt.But heres the beauty of this belt. I get the full support of this belt while not feeling like im wearing a bulky belt. This belt is like a corset and will cinch down really tight without digging into any one spot of your sides. Your abs will have a resistance to push against as you strain you muscles to move. Im speaking from a perspective of someone who has pain and just needs to walk and get up or sit. Im going thru a bad spasm right now and this brace is very very helpful.The cinch down process is really spread all around the body very evenly by the way its designed. This belt does not feel cheap at all. Its a very simple concept the way they made it..Im comparing this belt to a freedom LSO medical belt that i used since my first back surgery that i use for full support. I truly believe in having multiple tools in the arsenal. This king of kings belt is a huge tool to have.

I followed the measurement recommendations for this product. My husband's waist was at the upper limit of the medium so I ordered him a large. For the price, he also wanted to try the medium so I ordered an other one. The large was in fact the best fit. He absolutely loves this back brace. He has had major back surgery and finds it provides ample support. The customer service I received to return the medium one was excellent. Both my husband and I highly recommend this product.

An excellent back brace as claimed by producer! Provides excellent support and comfort! Will improve your posture when standing or sitting. Very well constructed! Pulley system adds ALL of the tightness and support you'll ever need. Believe me, I know what managing leg pain when walking or standing is all about. I've been managing severe Spinal Stenosis for over 20 years after a surgery that only made the condition much worse. I help control it with an implanted Medtronic Dorsal Column Electric Stimulator which does not make me pain free. The King of Kings back brace corrects my lumbar spinal alignment just enough (causing less bone at L4 and 5 to touch nerve) for me to not only experience less pain when standing and walking, but I can also remain on my feet much longer before experiencing any uptick in pain which is inevitable in my case. As you might imagine, ANY reduction in leg pain is a BIG DEAL for me, and this back brace has become another VERY important tool in helping me increase my physical activity.

I have two belts bought on Amazon. My husband prefers this one because of the wide brace support. And many buckle holes for perfect fit. Good quality sturdy leather

I did feel better when I put this brace on. It is very stiff and I would say its good as a brace.Biggest con I have is comfort, especially when sitting. The front of the brace is high and it pushes below my ribs when I'm sitting. Driving long distances with this on may not be an option. I think after a period of time it may feel better to take it off. I also don't feel much lumbar support with this brace. Something that will support the curvature of my lower back.I actually purchased two different braces, this one and the one from Sparthos. The Sparthos one is definitely more comfortable and in addition has the lumbar support which is removable but this helps. The one from Sparthos actually pushes my lower back in and this is what I needed. I've noticed my lower back pain becomes especially apparent whenever I'm standing for a long time or slouching while sitting.I am 6 foot tall, weigh 170 pounds and I have a 32 inch waist. I got the medium size on both braces and they fit me just fine. I would say I could have gone down to a 30 inch waist and they still would have fit.
