Very impressed with this thermal jug. It keeps drinks hot for many hours and performs exactly as expected. The build quality feels solid, it's easy to pour, and the 1.5L capacity is perfect for family use or when having guests. Highly recommended.

Very good but hard to wash the lid when it’s stained

Works brilliantly. You need to descale it monthly if in a hard water area. It had stopped keeping heat as well, but this was resolved after I descaled it. You also need to fill it to the brim with boiling water. If you partially fill it then it cools faster. I fill it at 8am and it's still steaming hot 12 hours later. I've had it 4 months now.

So I wake up early and want to make coffee for my partner, so that when she wakes up (and i've left for work) , she has hot coffee ready... The result - it works extremly well. A tip i recommend, is to first fill the jug with boiling hot water and close the lid, so that the inside is "pre-warmed". Empty that out once the kettle is boiled, and get a coffee filter dripper and place it over the jug, so that as coffee filters through, it lands in a pre-warmed flask. 12 hours later, the coffee is still warm (but too late to drink, else i wont sleep!) . One other amazing fact - my local, independent coffee shop uses this same brand (2l) and they said the same thing, that this is a wonderful product. I was shocked to see some people had bad experiences. i've been using it everyday for 2 weeks solid!

Good at keeping drinks warm/cold. Leaks when tipped despite not pushing down the lever.

It does what it's supposed to do. And it does it very well. I don't understand some reviews that claim this doesn't keep hot drinks as long as they thought. After 4h, I poured some tea and had to let it cool a bit. The lid seals perfectly and the build quality is excellent. Handle is ergonomic enough for me.

Keeps the coffee hot for hours. Easy-to operate no-drip pouring. Looks nice. When we have guests, I make one pot of coffee, put it in the carafe and immediately make another pot for the house. Then our guests can take the carafe to their room or outside. Also, we are simply saved from having to leap up to make another pot of coffee right away.
