🔗 Connect like a pro — unlock industrial data power!
The CERRXIAN SCSI SCA 80 Pin Female to IDE 50 Pin Male Adapter converts 50-pin IDE low-speed devices to 80-pin SCSI interfaces, enabling seamless connection on industrial server motherboards. It supports direct data transfers and backups, requires a Molex 4-pin power connector, and is ideal for a range of professional storage and communication devices.

Great adapter, add a 68 pin connector
This adapter is most useful when pared with a 50 to 68 pin scsi adapter. But with said adapter, this is an incredibly useful and versatile tool for older scsi hard drives. it’s easy to use, it feels like a quality adapter and fits perfectly. A great value for Money.

Does not work w/ 80pin-to-50pin SCSI on known good drives.
Does not work. No amount of termination configurations, jumper settings, cables, etc. could get drives I know are good to get past the 02 CHECK CONDITION SCSI error on interfacing to an Adaptec AHA-. Web research on 80pin SCA reflects that most of these adapters don't work.

Not as described - this is not IDE at all, it's is SCSI only.
Not for SCSI to IDE conversion.

Great with a little corrective care.
I’ve purchased five of these exact models on Amazon. Three of five came to me with bent pins that I was able to gently fix with a flathead screwdriver. I am using these with vintage UNIX systems (SGI Indigo2, SGI Indy) and Power Macintosh systems and they seem to work well. Mine have a manufacturing code of 2018.My other mod: Being extra careful, I did cover the power/SCSI pins with electrical tape on the drive-facing side due to a bit of the play when installed in certain mounting brackets.
