This is a wonderfully insightful and exciting book on the Psalms, it has helped me to a better understanding of the Psalms and is usefully informing my prayer life. It is my intention to read more from this author, he definitely has something very special to communicate.

Psalms made relevant
Classic Brueggemann making the Psalms relevant for us today. This book is particularly good at facing the more difficult aspects of the Psalms such as,cries for vengeance. It is also a very easy read!

Although this booklet contains only 72 pages , written by someone who has an awesome grasp of the subject , expressed with such clarity of mind, .....a book to be savoured.

A superb devotional resource which is inspirational. Brueggemann manages to bring new & fresh meanings to the text & relate it in a relevant and thought-provoking way.
