So far I've taken this product for over a month and I can tell it has helped with bloating and how my stomach feels over all . Going to start the full dose of 2 pills a day to see how much more change I notice

I love the super high quality ingredients, which is why I chose to get this: I have studied nutrition casually (on my own) for decades. I was motivated as I felt like my system was stuck.
