9/10/2022 UPDATE:AWESOME CAMERA!!! First I want to say this company has some of the best customer service I've ever heard of or experienced. They immediately contacted me after the submission of my initial 1-star review titled "fuzzy 4k" and asked if they could send me a replacement camera completely free to see if I received a bad unit initially. Unfortunately the picture stayed the same on my computers until I upgraded my main computer I'm using this camera with once again. So now I have to say I feel stupid and thank you Depstech for amazing customer service and one heck of a camera! The autofocus is fantastic, picture quality is pristine and would gladly recommend this camera to anyone. One thing people have to remember that 4k is a TON of information for a computer to process. If you're trying to do too much on too weak of a computer (you'd be surprised how much resources your web browser can take), you will not get full functionality of this camera.A friend saw the video from a zoom call with this camera and was astounded, so I gave him my second one. :) I would definitely recommend this camera. As with all computer accessories & upgrades, make sure your computer can handle it.Sorry for the initial poor review Depstech... can I pay you for the second camera?Thank you!ORIGINAL:Honestly I'm pretty disappointed in this product, especially considering all of the positive reviews, which is why I bought it. It shows up in Windows 10 Pro as 4k and autofocus & facial recognition work well. However, regardless of lighting (dark, super frickin' bright and everywhere in between) there's a constant fuzziness. This is a brand new computer, new Windows 10, new usb 3.0 hub (also tried it on all other 3.0 ports on back of case) and new graphics card so I can't pin it on the system. Especially since my old Microsoft Lifecam1080p this was (no longer, I can't stand the fuzz) replacing had MUCH better picture. Unfortunately I can't send it back now.

Tal como lo explican en sus características.Estoy muy satisfecho con mi compra. La recomiendo. Se percibe de muy buena calidad el hardware y me llegó antes de lo esperado.

Like so many people, most of my meetings these says are through Zoom. My laptop camera wasn't cutting it. I was blurrier than bigfoot. The blur-the-background filters were a form of remote meeting camouflage. But I didn't need an expensive, fully featured camera for remote meetings. The DEPSTECH Webcam was inexpensive and had the threading I wanted for mounting on base. The tripod that came with it is nice, but doesn't fit my desk needs, though I have other uses for it.The picture quality was crisp and bright. During the first use, several people noted how good it was to see me again. Noticeable improvement!I also liked that this webcam came with a lens cover, one that I feel like will last the use as opposed to other webcams I've had, where the little flip-tap cover easily snaps off and never works right again.I can't speak to the built in mic; I used headphones for my calls. But everything else about it has been great. Well worth the price!
