i’ve had this water fountain for over a year now and i absolutely love it!!! i can hear the water running but it’s not too loud, you get used to it and i feel it can be kind of relaxing. my only complaint is i wish it was bigger, i find i have to refill it every 2-3 days (usually 3). but it still is a great water fountain, it’s held up for me for over a year now, i have had to replace the water pump but luckily they allow you to purchase that separately instead of needing a whole new fountain. it also is very easy to clean!! i literally got this because my cat’s old water fountain was square and plastic and it got gross in the corners and i had seen that plastic is bad for animals, so it’s great in that aspect too.

I bought this fountain when we got a new kitten and needed to isolate her from the 3 larger cats. I love the closed design. It means that it doesn't get clogged with the fur from our long-hair. We have a 360 and it is constantly getting clogged. I need a slightly larger one for all four cats, so I'm trying one of the bigger Petlibro fountains, simply because I love this one so much.

My cats love this water fountain. We have 2. Easy to clean, love that it is ceramic. Still able to get the filters. Fountain is very quiet.

I’ve had multiple pet fountains for our cats but this one I absolutely love. Very easy to clean. It filters the water the way it’s suppose to. In general the other fountains I’ve purchased do not seem to live up to my expectations. This one is the one. It lives up to all my expectations…. So glad I purchased it. And I am going to purchase a second one to put back just incase I need a replacement in the future.

I saw some reviews complaining that the device stopped working - which it will do if you don't keep the water at the proper level. But as long as you keep filling it if your pet drinks a lot, it works well. My dog and cat both like it and use it. Took them a bit as they were afraid of it at first though.

Beautiful Fountain! The noise for it is quiet and my cats like it I just wish the pump for it worked for more than just 2 days. I don't know what could be wrong with it? . Although the blue light on the pump is still on, no water is coming out. I made sure to fill the fountain with enough water as indicated in the user manual to avoid running it dry. Strangely, the only way to make the fountain work is by unplugging and plugging in the cord. However, even then, it only runs for four minutes before stopping again.I guess I got a faulty Pump?

I bought this because of the weight, but the weight is ALL IN THE BOWL. Our cat pulls the lid off just like any plastic one.If your cat is well-behaved, this is super quiet and looks pretty easy to clean. But if your cat likes to take things apart, this is NOT going to prevent it.

I really liked the fountain. It was easy to set up and my cats drank from it almost immediately. My only complaint is that the recommended filter change is every two weeks. Only one filter came with the fountain, so I go to Amazon to buy the 4-pack and the estimated Prime ship date was almost a month from now. So I won’t be able to replace them on the recommended schedule.UPDATE 8-10-2022: Amazon has notified me that the new arrival date has been moved up 9 days, so the new filters should be here 13 days after ordering. So if they actually arrive on the 21st as now estimated, then the problem will be resolved and I will change the rating to 5 stars. (PS - My cats love this thing!)UPDATE 8-21-2022: The filters arrived on the 19th, two days before the revised date of previous update 8-10-2022. That is 11 days sooner than the originally estimated date. Therefore, since the filters have been changed prior to the 2 week expiration date, I have changed my rating to 5 star. This water fountain has now been operating continuously for over two weeks and has so far performed with no problems.

I purchased this less than a week ago, and it just stopped spouting water. I tried to do an exchange or return and it states it's non refundable!!! dont waste your money on this scam
