These casing hold up well.
So far so good. My first time making my own sausage and the Lem casings seem to be holding up really well. The instructions to prepare for use are user friendly. Will update once I cook them and taste them.Update.Iโm no pro just a guy with some time and YouTube. And now I feel like Gordan Randy. The casings have a perfect snap and butcher quality links. I smoked some cured 50/50 pork beef smoked sausages and grilled some mild Italian sausages at high heat. The casing split on the grill not burst it was negligible and really my own doing. Canโt go wrong with these for do it yourself sausages at home. The bloom really brings out that mahogany color in the link. Zero complaints.
