As a massage therapist, I use this oil in my herbal rubs before doing deep tissue massage as this is a topical muscle relaxer! It is effective.

This product is fine for oral use; I must have missed in the write up that it was not an alcohol base which I prefer for external use. I like to rub lobelia into areas affected by numerological, arthritis or muscular strains. This does seem to help with tension/falling to sleep, I use in combination.

I was diagnosed with exercise induced asthma (Bronchoconstriction) last year. I am a competitive master swimmer so any lung issues are bad news. I was struggling with the albuterol as it didn't seem to do anything, so I wasn't consistent on using it. I bought lobelia and I was like a fish just after one day of using it. I did use it in conjunction with my albuterol but I was more relaxed in the water, I could hold my breath longer without stressing out my lungs or wheezing. I use it as directed, 3x a day, the last being 20 min before swim practice. So far I am convinced.
