Too many candles out there are too fragrant and pungent. This one is subtle, unique and really pleasant. Well done!Both times though the packaging was not ideal — the glass could have been broken if the box had been handled roughly. They should really use a smaller box so the item doesn’t shift around so much.

Beautiful package for sure and it arrived carefully packaged and unbroken. The problem is the scent; it smells faintly of old fashioned shaving cream. Much too perfumy, it totally overpowers the tomato vine scent even without lighting it. Returning it to Whole Foods is a pain in the neck, but the candle was $35 so I'll be bringing it back.

I love this candle. It’s the perfect amount of scent. I find most candles too overwhelming. I will definitely be ordering more of these. The tomato vine scent is dead on. Just what I was looking for.

Loved the scent of this candle. Reminded me of summer, like the smell of picking tomatoes from the garden. Lasts a long time.

Huge, massive candle snob here. Right now I'm bored with Diptyque and NEOM scents so I thought I'd give KOBO a try and at $28 per it seemed fairly low risk. I'm burning the candle now. I'm getting a slight herby scent (tomato stem?) and some parsley/mint. I don't smell the fruit of the tomato at all. The throw is decent--not over $60 dollar candle throw--but good enough. I think this would be a good candle to burn post meals to freshen up a room.****Update**** I'm on day 2 of burning this and I'm barely getting any scent at all. I once read on a blog that less expensive candles are loaded with scent/oil at the top so the pre-burn and first burn or two are good--but there's not enough of the oil to evenly distribute through the entire candle. I think with this candle--this is the case.

Smells and looks great, and the idea of a plantable box is awesome... however, I can’t say I was too thrilled when I received the package and I could hear the glass clinking around inside. It arrived shattered. So much for that gift.

This smells so herb-y and is divine in the kitchen where I keep it. Strikes the right notes & not a sickly scent. People always ask what it is! Love Kobo quality!

The package is amazing. You'll find tomato seeds at the bottom. Very creative!But I bought this for the tomato scent, while it's hard to smell anything at all. And I cannot return it.
