Totally worth it... must buy this product..in this rate it's superb quality..

Defective product. Check thoroughly prior to installation.
Received defective product. The underside was damaged, rusty and heavily bent. The item was unpacked by the installation guys, who conveniently hid the defect from view by immediately turning the item over. Was discovered when wobbling horribly. And you surely need to summon all your strength to make it serve its primary purpose.....to RECLINE. Definitely returning the product.

Very good customer service
I received a slightly unusable product, we don't know the reasons why. I immediately contacted the seller and she arranged for a quick replacement. Problems happen with buying online, but when we can trust the sellers, it makes all the difference. Overall I m happy with my experience, and the recliner is nice and comfortable too. Do check the seat dimensions to know if they will fit you! Keep up the good work.

Apologies! Earlier I wrote a negative review without checking the complete product. Hence I am providing my honest review. This product comes with a seater and a back rest. All you will need to do is attach the back rest and your recliner sofa is ready. This recliner is really comfortable. I liked it. Just one issue, this recliner sofa takes a big place, which is ok.
