Quality not as expected
It may be too early to write a review since we have fixed it only a couple of months back. The quality as if now is good. Easy to operate and there is no leakage. The tap rotation and the handle rotation is smooth. The finish of the item is also good. The item was exactly as I expected it to be. Great product as of now. After 2 years of use, it started leaking. Since it is under warranty I have asked for repair. The technician seemed to be unskilled and clumsy with work. A part needs replacement and it is over 2 weeks the service is incomplete.
