This is the third pair of kitchen scissors I've had to purchase after previous pairs had hinges that loosened and allowed the blades to separate. I like these scissors since the hinge has no way of loosening and the halves can be separated for thorough cleaning. Be careful cleaning them, the cutting edges are sharp and I've cut myself on them like a knife. Sharpness is a good thing, just don't be careless like me when cleaning or handling the cutting edge of the blades. Highly recommended.

These kitchen shears do the job. Comfortable to hold. Right handed. Easy to clean. Very sharp and it’s a breeze to cut excess fat from poultry. Shears appear to be of quality material and I expect they will last a long time. They are a welcomed aide in my kitchen while cooking. Thanks

These appear to be of very good quality & very sharp with the micro serrated blades.Ergonomically to handle. I bought the non take apart scissors, but the do seem to be taken apart if required with the removal of one nut, but not the same as the "take apart units" as I previously owned a pair and they came apart too easy, and when not intended. My previous one I refer to were not the same manufacturer. I did see other rated that were negative regarding the take apart scissors. Very happy with this purchase and should provide years of good use. I do highly recommend these scissors.

Product is made of good quality materials

Found the scissors a little light but they work good. Haven't tried the on a hard job like chicken bones yet but they seem sturdy enough for separating wings and legs from thighs. They are very sharp but haven't had them long enough to see how well they keep an edge. Delivery was prompt. I think I have got good value for the money spent.
