It has some really fascinating facts. Review: Great books - I purchased 5 of these, each different. It started with one as a Christmas present for oldest great grandson. On New Years Eve (4 of them got to spend a couple days with me) they began giving me lessons on what they had learned. They are 5,6,7,&8. The oldest read to the younger two. They liked them so much I bought four more for their birthdays. They now have a nice collection for science, bugs, ocean, basic science and engineering. I would highly recommend these books

Good introduction to engineering for kids.
My 11-year old grandson whose is aspiring to be an engineer loves it. But there is a lot to reading, which is a bit challenging for him. Need more time to give a realistic review.
