The media could not be loaded. Best buy yet, been using it for two months and no issues, the tap is great quality and it works well. The boiler delivers up to 95 degrees C but I have it set to 90, perfect for tea making. I think it delivers 1.5 litres of water before it starts to turn warm but doesn’t take long to re heat, guessing less than a minute. I did do some research before ditching the kettle and found it’s more economical, the maths say about £30 a year to run, please correct me if I’m wrong. I fitted it myself, everything you need is in the box but I would say you’d have to be a experienced DIY’er to fit it, more so for the tap because it can be quite fiddly fitting the three pipes and tap to the sink. The rest was easy.

Initially really pleased with this product but we have struggled to replace the filter and contact the supplier for instructions, the reply was it will twist off. That was what we were doing, no instructions or help to show how done. So far we still cannot replace the filter without dismantling it and removing from the cupboard.After service none existent

Easy to install, great value for money.

The tap handle broke within 3 months. It was stiff and awkward to turn from the start and then finally fell off.
