I’m very happy with Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Protein! It mixes really well, has a smooth texture, and tastes great. It’s easy to add to my daily routine, especially after workouts. I really like the quality and convenience of this protein powder. Overall, a great product and definitely one I would recommend!

By far the best protein powder I've tried. I can use a shaker bottle (with a little ice) and it mixes well (I use soy milk.) Maybe a few small lumps but nothing terrible. It doesn't get all foamy, either. The taste of the French vanilla creme is great, not overly sweet. It is on the pricier side, for sure, but I'll gladly pay the extra for a superior product, especially since I use it daily. Going to try the caramel macchiato and cinnamon roll flavors next. But the vanilla is a staple! Loyal customer!

This is one of the best protein powders I have tried! It is highly rated and tastes great. I mix this with almond milk and put it in my cold brew-tastes amazing.

It truly is the gold standard Digestibility: during pregnancy I sometimes found it wasn’t perfectly digestible but other than that it’s very easy to digest Serving size: I think it’s absolutely perfect for my intended needs which are very different from most, I use this to up my breast milk production in the morning and it works like a charm Value for money: yes it is expensive, but so are all the other inferior worse tasting products! Solubility: it’s perfectly soluble in water or milk, I put it in my breakfast yoghurt and it’s messily dissolves Ease of use: it’s very easy to use and as aforementioned can be put in many different mediums Muscle building: as I am not really using it to build up my own muscles I’m not 100% sure but it definitely helps mild production and thus building my babies muscles lol

I've been using Optimum Nutrition whey protein for around eight years, so it's usually my go-to brand, and I decided to try the French Vanilla Crème this time just to switch things up from the other flavors I've had. I use three scoops a day with my strength-training routine—two scoops go into a blender with water, a banana, peanut butter and ice, then later I use one scoop with about 16 oz of water in a shaker bottle. The first thing I noticed when I opened this was how good the French vanilla smells, which actually made me expect the flavor to be stronger than it turned out to be. The taste is still good and you can definitely tell it's French vanilla crème, but I'd give the flavor itself about a B because it doesn't have the same stronger, more satisfying taste I've gotten from their Vanilla Ice Cream or Chocolate Peanut Butter flavors. The sweetness is right in the middle for me—not overly sweet or lacking sweetness—and while I noticed a little chalkiness, it still goes down smoothly. It mixes very easily, doesn't leave clumps behind, and comes out creamy without being overly thick, with just a little foam. It has also been very easy on my stomach with no bloating, heaviness, gas or upset stomach, and even my one-scoop shake leaves me feeling satisfied. I paid a couple dollars more on Amazon than I could have paid locally, but the convenience saved me a trip across town, so I have no complaint about the price. Overall, this is still a good whey protein from a brand I've had consistently good experiences with for years, but I probably wouldn't buy this particular flavor again because the smell promises more French vanilla flavor than the actual taste delivers.

This my 5th time repurchasing the vanilla creme flavor . It is honestly so good I’m a bit picky with flavors I honestly like vanilla flavor as it can go with anything but this is actually best vanilla flavor I ever tried and actually enjoy. I use it in my shakes, cereal , or as a protein sauce on top of my desserts. Chefs kiss 🤌🏻

Hands down the best protein powder I have ever tried. I have so many I have tried and hated. What I liked is how it mixes!!!🙌👏🏻🙌👏🏻 So smooth, and no after taste. I really need protein since I am older and on weight loss journey. I put 1 scoop , 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, cup of water , a few frozen strawberries and a frozen banana . Blend up… like having ice cream for breakfast. When running low will buy again!

I can’t believe that this is actually good. After trying Ghost and Level, which people rave about in reviews, I figured the best I could get from protein is maybe not gross. Instead this is great! It’s actually something I enjoy drinking. It’s not slimy!! No protein flavor, and tastes like french vanilla. I got this flavor instead of vanilla ice cream bc it’s less sweet. It’s the perfect sweetness for me. It kind of tastes like the milk at after eating lucky charms, which another brand I tried was going for and completely failed. Genuinely surprised and glad I tried it. FYI: I mixed it in half water and half 1% milk.

I’ve tried a few different protein supplements over the years. This is one of the pricier ones per g/protein. However, it’s the best by far at dissolving both in water and milk products. No grainy texture at all. Taste of course is personal, but this French Vanilla has enough flavour to make it decent on its own, but not so powerful as to stand out if you’re mixing it with other ingredients. Definitely the best I’ve tried, if not the cheapest option.

Utilizzo da anni le whey della ON e rimangono ancora tra le migliori per gusto (li ho provati praticamente tutti, sono buonissime anche nell'acqua) e solubilità. Anche la digeribilità è ottima. Per quanto riguarda il profilo nutrizionale siamo sempre a livelli elevati. Note negative: ci sono i dolcificanti!

Got this as I felt Nitrotech was making me too bloated and difficult to digest. This is a lot lighter and easier to down. The French Vanilla Creme flavour is sweet and mixes well with other ingredients. The authenticity sticker checked out on ON official website. Super satisfied.
