I purchased this liquid lipstick in the shade 03 Tan Fan. It is a mauvey nude with brown and pinky peach undertones. I put it to some tests to see if it lives upto its claims, see how it fared: 1. It dries to a complete matte in very less time so application has to be fast. 2. Applying too much of product will NOT result in patchiness. It is not buttery soft but will glide comfortably on the lips. 3. It settles in ALL the fine lines and wrinkles. A lip balm MUST be used underneath as this can be quite drying. 4. It NEVER transfers- cups, bottle nozzles and what not. It does NOT transfer. 5. It lasts long. It lasts even after full meals but if food is very oily, then it may fade from the centre of the lower lip. 6. With an oil based remover, it can be removed without a trace but if not, it will only be removed patch by patch-unevenly. COLOR: The color, as i described, is a mauvey nude with brown undertones and hints of pink and peach. My skin tone is olive brown(deep, not dark). I thought this might wash me out, but surprisingly it did not. It is an everyday shade that adds freshness to your face. It can safely be called a universal shade. Overall, a very good product. Recommended.

I love the colour. Last long, smuge proof. It gives a velvety finish. Dries very fast so apply carefully. And it doesn't have much fragrance which i like.

I was really excited to try this cosmetic line and their liquid lipsticks, especially after reading all the tremendous great reviews they got on amazon and other sites. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed. So here goes, lets start the list. 1. Extremely drying. My lips feel like a desert while wearing this lipstick. This in turn makes me constantly want to lick my lips or drink water. This leads to problem number 2. 2. Lipstick begins to come off on the inner parts of both the upper and lower lips. As any normal person would drink and or eat throughout the day, so did I, and this caused the lipstick to slowly fade in the innner parts of my lips. This caused a 2 tone effect, but in an bad way. Outter parts of my lips had full color and inner had fading uneven color. 3. Extreme matte. So I know this sounds silly, considering its supposed to be a matte lipstick, but this drys on soooo matte that it tends to settle into all the tiny cracks and crevices of the lips, making them stand out and be more noticable. Since my lips are not made of a smooth surface like glass (lol), and i'm sure most women have normal lips with cracks and crevices, this lipstick will make all those even more noticable. 4. Very hard to remove (i'm talking about the outter parts of the lips where it actually stays on). I use an oil based makeup remover pad to remove this lipstick but it'll bleed outside of my lips and left an unpleasant ring of color surrounding my lips. Not pretty at the end of the night. So I gave it 3 stars because it does have a few good points. 1. Nice shades. Very vibrant and pretty with a wide variety of colors. 2. Definitely would recommend for wearing for a few hours of going out. Just dont eat or drink. Definitely not good for a full 10-12 hour day at the office. 3. Goes on smooth, but dries fast, so be quick in tye application. Basically for Rs500 I would expect a much better product quality. Definitely not worth that much money. At the end (or beginning) of the day, I will still stick to L'Oréal Infallible Pro Last 2 Step lipstick. By far the best long lasting lipstick i've ever used. Lasts a full 12-18 hours without any fading, flaking or bleeding.

Today I am going to review my most fav lipstick from sugar. Shade:08 WINE AND SHINE. Well I have literally no words to tell how best this lipstick is. 😍😍 There is not even a single fault with this. About the product: 👌👌 It comes in liquid form with the applicator and the application is super smooth. 👌👌 If you want the bright or light shade of lipstick then apply it accordingly. 👌👌 It has staying power more than 6 hours and honestly, I have never come across any lipstick better than this in this matter. 👌👌It is matte and very very gorgeous shades are available. 👌👌 It does not dry out your lips at all. It is best. 👌👌 It gives a stain even after removal which looks like you have naturally pink lips 👌👌 👌👌 It doesnt leave stains on stuff. 👌👌 It has the shelf life of 2 years. cons: Not even 1. I will honestly highly recommend this product. It has great shades, great applicator , great staying power, No smudging issue nothing. This is my permanent lipstick and I am going to buy all of their shades in this range also their lip crayon. Once plz look at the picture of my lips they are looking stunning. [...]. I was bowled over the swatches and that's what actually tempted me to grab this gorgeous deep Burgundy shade for me. It is a deep burgundy shade with red undertones. 1) The texture is soft, creamy matte and quite light on the lips. The lipstick settles in to a perfect matte finish with 100% opaque coverage. 2) Once the lipstick settles down, its completely matte, water proof, transfer proof and really long lasting. 3) As they are complete matte liquid formula, they are quite drying on the lips and also settles into the fine lines of the lips. 4) The wear time of the lipstick is amazing and stays put all day including meals and drinks in between. 5) You would certainly need a good makeup remover or cleansing oil to clean off the lipstick completely from the lips. So overall, Its a gorgeous deep red shade liquid matte lipstick which has a creamy matte formula, settles into a complete matte finish, highly pigmented, smudge proof, transfer proof and long lasting! and also very affordable but quite drying on the lips and difficult to take off from the lips. But definitely worth a try :)

Being an ardent liquid lipstick lover, I am always on the lookout of liquid lipsticks from different brands, with newer shades. Having heard what a great colour range Sugar cosmetics had in this product, I decided to give it a try. Obviously I had done my research about this product beforehand with reviews from my trusted YouTube channels and I was prepared for it. Packaging is nice, I really don't care much about it to be honest. The outer packaging is a cute, kitsch cardboard box that gives the shade, price and the manufacturing details. The inner packaging is a transparent acrylic tube, similar to the Maybelline series of liquid lipstick I believe, that shows you the shade you have. It seems compact and sturdy. Once you open the tube, it has a flat soft applicator, that spreads the product evenly and is quite manageable. However, I find the tear drop applicator of Lakme Lip and Cheek matte mousse to be the best one in terms of ease of application and use. Coming to the product, holy moly, when they say it is pigmented, it is absolutely true. A single swipe puts down a beautiful layer of colour. Don't need to layer up much. The consistency is thick, it may take some effort to work around with the product but I suppose that becomes easier with practice. The color payoff is stunning. The shade is highly pigmented, just the way I love. It dries down in about 30 seconds to a minute and settles down to an absolute, freaking matte. It is so matte that it gives complete justice to the word matte. But then we all know, with supreme matte comes the annoying dryness. So, people with dry and chapped lips, lip balm and exfoliation are a must. Even with prior exfoliation, I would like to emphasize that anyone planning to use this Lip colour should do so with a primer and a balm underneath. Here, I also would like to mention that because this lipstick is so matte, it does settle into the lines on your lips and kind of makes them prominent. Also, another pro is the absence of fragrance, which many people prefer and may be a deal breaker for some. It is fairly transfer proof and as the claims made, smudge proof. It lasts for a good 5-6 hours on my lips if I'm not eating anything oily or snacking. Reapplication is something I wouldn't recommend, instead put on a lipbalm layer, because reapplication will be difficult. Wearing a lip liner underneath would help if you plan to wear this for the whole day. So all in all, a satisfactory product, lovely and gorgeous shades to choose from. Had the formula been a bit moisturising, it would have been one of the best ones out there!

Firstly the bottle is sooooo tiny. The color is a disgusting pink and orange combined. Doesn’t matter if you have a dusky skin tone or a fair skin tone.

Color is great but no staying power

43 Hot Shot- This was my first time buying this brand and I bought 3 different colors. I love the brand it's very light, not cakey, last all day and doesn't dry my lips out. The reason for the 3 star review is this showed it being red which is what I wanted. When I applied it the color is more of a dark pink (fuscia) so I was disappointed that the color wasn't true to advertised. The other 2 colors I ordered (12 & 13) I absolutly love.

Beautiful color for olive skin tone! Long lasting and smudge proof!
