Great for mounting TVs onto plasterboard
These things are absolutely fantastic, use them for all my TV / shelf wall mounting projects into plasterboard, end result is sturdy, also an innovative solution for removing them when done (use pliers to bend the spikes up and push them into the wall).Tip: try not to install these within an inch or so from a stud - it will interfere with the supports expanding within the wall cavity.

Excellent for use in plaster panel walls
Easy to fit in the open space of plaster panels to support fitted furniture against the wall, to hang heavy paintings, etc. just avoid the wooden frame structure and any cabling in the partition space.

Instructions would have been useful and advice regards using a setting tool.....

The best fixing I've used.
Have used these before on plasterboard to hold a 42" tv, did it with no problem, used it this time to secure an electric towel rail in the bathroom weight was approx 5kg so knew it would be no problem. Easy to install. Just drill a hole for the fixing, put it in and screw it until you cant anymore. This means the steel fixing has compressed fully and your ready to hang whatever to the wall. Easy to use and great securing.
