This is the best quality round ball display case you can find. The clear top is fully molded together so no putting it together like puzzle pieces like some other cases. The mirrored back panel adds to the quality look. The base holds the ball perfectly and includes a front "ledge" that can accommodate a nameplate identifying the item. It's priced higher than others but for a reason and still worth the price in my opinion.

I actually ordered another case which I had to return because it arrived cracked during shipping. This case arrived in perfect condition as you see in the picture. It is great for signed/collectable basketballs. It fits well within the case and there is a small opening in the raised platform to keep the ball stable. The mirrored back is a nice addition that I enjoy to be able to see any autographs on the back of the ball. It doesn't look cheap and is made well so I feel good about putting an autographed basketball within the case. There is an extra space of the bottom base sticking out in the front almost 2 inches or so that it looks like could be used to place a small identification tag/label for the case on this lip area. I likely won't do that but it is nice that there is a space available to at least be able to do that and keep it on the display case. I would definitely recommend this case to others looking for a basketball display case.

I ordered this to display an autographed basketball that my son got from a Harlem Globetrotters game. I put the ball in, set it up on top of a high cabinet, and it's been up there for 2.5 years without falling apart. It endures a dusting every 4-6 months or so, otherwise it doesn't have a hard job. I won't comment on UV protection or museum-quality this'n'that... I don't have the declaration of independence in it.

This case is mirror backed for perfect display, allowing all signatures on the ball to be seen easily. It has risers to elevate the ball and the case is UV safe as well. You will love the way it looks and protects the ball.
