So so.
The relaxer kit comes in more like a large envelope instead of a box. There was also no container to mix the perm solution in. The perm didn't seem as thick and rich as it use to be. I don't feel my hair is as straight with this perm as it use to be. That is why I only gave it 3 stars. The company needs to do better.

It did what needed to be done
For starters I bought this because I have given up on perming my hair altogether, but my edges and back hairs kink up bad and won’t lay down at all, especially annoying since I still get my hair braided with edges out. So I wanted to see if there was some type of edge relaxer or something, just for smaller parts and there was. It worked well, none of my hair came out, and it was a pretty easy and straight forward process. The reviews of people who said there wasn’t enough are lost-there was plenty for the front, sides, and back. I even had extra left over. I loved it and will be using it again, even put my mom on it.

This ORS Edge-Up Zone Relaxer is perfect! Just want I needed. I only used half for my edges & back hairline. If the packaging was subdivided halfway...it would be perfect perfect! 😉

Use it for 5 minutes only
It’s v good but don’t use it for 10 minutes as they mentioned in the description if you have light hair, I used it for only 4 minutes it’s gave me natural results as I like
