i waited more than a week for the item and it came without the pump

I love Naturium products! I followed Susan Yara before she launched this brand and learned so much about skincare and the steps/order for the best results. I supported the brand when it first launched and have a few holy grail products from the brand. This was a new purchase from the brand, because I wanted to switch up from my beloved La Roche Posay cleansers. I think the price point for this is a little high based on the amount you're getting. I was hoping to not love this as much as I do lol. The texture is just as stated, a "gele"/jelly consistency. I have oily skin, so I will speak from the perspective. It left my skin feeling smooth, moisturized, and balanced. A little goes a long way, so I only use 1 pump and I am able to get a good lather, and it's enough for my entire face, which is great, since as I stated, I find the price to be a little steep. I haven't used it long enough to speak on the niacinamide and vitamin c effectiveness, but if I remember correctly, in the past Susan mentioned a lot of those ingredients are not on your face long enough to make a huge impact since it is washed off. Nevertheless, those ingredients seem to be a great addition and leaves the skin feeling and looking good, so you can't go wrong. I also want to add I didn't notice a fragrance, which is also a plus. I am for sure adding this to my Naturium holy grail roster!

I simply love the texture which is cooling to the skin. I have combination skin and it feels clean and moisturised after each wash. Also a good second cleanse choice.

Takes all your make up off without drying your skin out and leaves it super silky, soft and smooth. Very impressive.

Nice product, it's a little bit stronger if you have a sensitive skin but at the end is a great product

Naturium has some of the best affordable, clean self care products out on the market right now. This cleansing gelee is paraben-free, fragrance-free, dermatologist-tested, and formulated with great ingredients like hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and glycerin. It leaves my skin feeling soft and plump without feeling stripped or dry. It's the perfect lightweight consistency and lathers really well. This could easily become a staple in my daily skincare regimen.
