I didn't have coconut milk but I took some milk and added it to the jar, shook it and added it to the masala in the pot. Man, this was soooo good. Even using regular milk there's that slight hint of coconut milk. Recommend and would order again!

I love this stuff! There are a bunch other simmer sauces that are that Indian curry flavoring as well. I put this stuff on raw bird meat from the chicken (a very glorious bird that dosent get the respect it deserves. Chickens are bad @$$ and will frick you up!) Then I put it in a metal cooking container that is the shape of a long square and somewhat deep and cover it with my own spices and seasonings and cover it in aluminum foil and let the heat get at it until the bird meat just done being poisonous. I let it cool a bit, then I put the burden meat in a big bowl and get my hands in there and break up the tender cooked bird muscles until it I'ds nicely shreded then I pour the rest of the sauce it cooked with in the bowl and use my hands to mix it nicely. I find that the hands work the best. Also I use clean nitrile gloves because obviously you dont want to use your nasty bare hands even if you washed them that's gross! The gloves are black so they look really cool. That's it. Its really good. But it's more expensive then it should be so I took a star off. See you next week!

This is the perfect work night time saver. Add milk or cream, some pregrilled Perdue chicken and serve it over minute rice. Dinner is done in 15 minutes and the whole family is happy. Mildly spiced so that it is good for all ages, give it a try!

Cashew butter flavor could use more ... flavor. I added about a quarter cup of coconut milk to richen the meal but was left disappointed ... the flavor has a mild tang to it that didn't jive with my tastebuds. I *liked* it but not enough to purchase again. Used it with fried tofu, some vegetables, and white rice.
