Great price, looks great, However lots of shipping damage.Too complicated to return. Still works though.Next time will just just pay the extra $150-$200 and buy from a local Best Buy.UPDATE: I was contacted by the local American distributor weeks ago. They "sincerely" apologized, offered to take it back or offer a "substantial" discount. I opted for the discount. That was over three weeks ago with no action.

We needed more freezer space but didn't want to suck up space in our garage. This unit fit perfectly in our Laundry Room and it has been so sturdy, reliable, and useful, that I don't know what we'd do without it. I recommend this unit if you looking for just enough space to augment your Refrigerator's Freezer. Good price, good performance, spacious and attractive. Quit too.

The freezer works fine but it was so damaged on the outside that I hope it continues to work fine! It really looks terrible on the outside! I like how it works though!

So far, this looks perfect. Perfect size for us definately-- it doesn't take up too much space but provides lots more space than our old small upright one. I had a much smaller one and it literally was half the size in the interior when you opened it up. This one is almost the full size of the chest, which concerns me that it won't cool as well but my neighbors have it and love it. They have two large comforters neatly folded on top of it which they say keeps it colder inside, but they didn't mention this was a problem.And FYI, the first one was delivered HEAVILY damaged and looked like a truck hit it. Customer Service rep was great though and just asked for pics so they could file a claim with the shipment co. (can't recall if FedEx or UPS). Once I sent the pics, they issued a full refund and said keep the old one and use it or donate it. Unfortunately, it's too damaged to safely use, but I will put it at the curb for anyone interested in the parts!

Only lasted 3 years and we lost a lot of meat due to it stopped working without any warning.

The freezer works great. Unfortunately it did come with a dent in the lower front, which was not discovered until after the packing came off.
