Does it come with a cat?

No, but your local animal shelter has a lot looking for great homes.

Will it fit someone that wears 7xl-8xl mens clothes?

I don't think so. It's not stretchy at all. It would definitely fit a men's 6X as a close fitting hoodie, but might be too snug on a 7/8X.

Even though it is one size fits all what is the length of this hoodie blanket?

I’m 5’4. It’s falls about 3” below my knees.

Why does the product description say to tumble dry but the tag on the actual garment say do not tumble dry?

I don't know, but I dried mine and it came out fine.
