What can be added to help with the taste? Sweetener?

I normally add a couple of teaspoons of honey

Do y’all drink it right after 3 to 4 minutes are do y’all let it sit for a lil while longer?

I would suggest letting it sit for maybe another 5-8 minutes to cool off.

Absolutely! It is for both men and women. Please read the instructions for use on the back.

Do you suppose to leave the teabag in the cup or do you remove it?

I put the tea bag & water in my cup & microwave for 3 minutes ( I can see it’s boiling). Then I let it steep for 5 more minutes on the counter . I use my tea bags 2 x’s, so I leave the bag in my cup as I drink it...then I use the cup & tea bag for my next drink. After 2 uses it isn’t effective any more. I also use 1 packet of stevia.
