If you're having acid reflex, all you gotta do is chew. My leaves immediately. The asset will go down. Do not drink any fluids until everything is digest, but it will immediately get rid of the pressure in your throat. Good product

That said, I’m not a big fan of the flavor—it has a noticeable artificial sweetener taste that isn’t very pleasant. Still, even with the taste, it works well and helps calm the discomfort, which is what matters most.
