I already had an all black one which I wear everyday. Today I received the the blue half metal Casioak; boy that thing is gorgeous. It arrived even faster than I expected and in a great shape. Will be on my wrist for quite a while.

Wanted a true G Shock in my collection for all things about a G Shock. Really like the case design, especially since it's steel so I was quickly sold. Purchase if you like G Shock but don't want the bulky eye sore, digital function that is nice to have but not use frequently, can get over minimal lume to analog hands. Avoid if you need or want real illumination, easier to read digital function or want somehing more daily beater (it really does look nice). Overall this is a very attractive, well made, ana-digi watch that is a bargain as a G Shock and highly competitive against others. Only gripes are weak lume and no tough solar.

Super cool

I was really looking forward to this watch, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The digital display is too small for my aging eyes (I am in mid fifties), making it difficult to operate even with reading glasses. Additionally, the manual only came in Japanese, which was no help. Even with assistance from Japanese speakers, I struggled to set the time correctly because the watch only shows standard time, not adjusting for daylight saving time, which is currently in effect in the US and there are no instruction about that in the manual. While the watch is visually appealing with a beautiful face and bezel, the strap feels somewhat flimsy.I hope this review is helpful to others.

仕上げがとても良く、写真で見るより綺麗でした。

カラーで迷った末、落ち着いたカラーのブルーを購入。高級感もあり年齢を選ばないカラーだと思います。ただ、少し視認性が悪いですが辛抱できるレベルです。重さも気にならない程度ですので、デイリー使いに最適です。
