Can these cards be used with the Nintendo Switch?

Cards can be used on Nintendo switch

Is this card set random which gives it the possiblity of repeats? I'm kind of interested in collecting, but I don't want a tone of repeats.

You'll get repeats, but it seems like the cards are completely random with no "rares", so you have a good chance of getting new cards in every pack up to a point. Also, if you are really interested in collecting, check out reddit.com/r/amiiboswap I was able to collect all of series 1 ending with just 5 repeats by trading through the connections on that site!

Why is this pack $15.90 when the retail price for all acnl card packs are $5.99?

this is a discontinued item, and harder to find in stores.

Can i use this for the Nintendo 3ds as well?

You can only use the AC amiibo cards on the 3DS if you have the Nintendo NFC Reader/Writer Accessory (https://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-NFC-Reader-Writer-Accessory-3DS/dp/B01307Q6ZC/) but if you have the New 3DS then you can just scan them on the New 3DS.
