What is the recommended duration for the baby to stay in the bouncer each time?

Thank you for contacting us! There is not a "recommended" duration time for a baby to stay in the bouncer, it is at the parents discretion. Best Regards

Why does the toy bar only seem to face the wrong way???? I’ve tried everything and the toy bar will only attach to face outwards- (not facing the baby

Mine is the same way. I don’t understand why it’s made to face away from baby but hopefully they fix this in newer models.

How can I get a replacement battery unit? Mine never worked

Thanks for reaching out! Please contact us directly through our Consumer Contact Form, https://www.kids2.com/customer-service/contact or call us at 1-800-230-8190 for direct assistance. A team member will be happy to assist you.

Does it only rock automatically, or can an older baby bounce their self?

Thank you for contacting us! The SmartBounce Automatic Bouncer offers 30 minutes of continuous automatic bouncing designed to move naturally just like mom. The auto-bounce settings range from subtle to pronounced, so you can adjust the soothing motion depending on your little one’s preference. The bouncy seat comforts baby with plush fabrics and an extra bolster cushion that can be removed as your baby grows. Best Regards
