The pictures suggest that there is a pocket for the support poles to slide in to that you then close with the Velcro, this isn’t the case. You just have to balance the poles and try and hold them in with the velcro. Bit crap really and can’t imagine it will stay up.

Good quality material, great size but the 4 corner poles which are meant to stabilise the linen basket are impossible to keep in position. These leads to the basket more or less permanently collapsing. The pole fittings are NOT as advertised nor as per video.Such a shame. This was a gift to replace an unsightly one. Looks the part for 5 minutes!!!

This hamper is awesome! Not only does it look good but it holds alot of clothes. It's very affordable and durable.

Instructions could do with a little rework, been using for a few months all is good, however, the valcro they use to hold the bag in place is shocking, half the time a few clothes just rips the bag out of place.. it needs to be stronger or the design needs working on

Item looks smart when assembled but keeps collapsing. We purchased it for our spare room and so far has only been used once, but every time we enter the room it has collapsed even when not in use. Not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend. I would like to return it & get a refund, but it was ordered in June so option to return has now expired.
