Bad battery
Battery would not charge. Called HP. They would not warranty because it had windows 10 on it. Said it came with windows 11. The company that sold it put windows 10 on it.It cost me $65 to have my info taken off the laptop before I sent it back.So I'm out that moneyVery disappointedBought it because it had windows 10. I do not like windows 11

Llegó todo perfecto. Excelente la atención y responsabilidsd. Hubo un pencarse con el adaptador pero no fue culpa de ellos y con todo y eso me ayudaron y enviaron de nurvo. Los recomienso 100%

pretty good
works fine so far. i haven't had great experiences with HP's, but this was a good price and it was going to be used as a spare laptop. keyboard doesn't have a soft touch - more of a plastic feel, but overall good laptop.

Have had some trouble with this computer
I have had issues with this computer. Even though it updated to windows 11, it didnt do everything it was supposed to. I couldnt connected my bluetooth or use the mic in meetings for the past year. I finally got help and they forced an in-person upgrade that took an hour to fix my driver so these features would work again. I am using this computer to learn coding so it has been frustrating running into problems constantly, but i have had to take time to fix each problem and have been able to, at least, with help from support.

Not Windows 10 like the description says.
The description says Widows 10, but the computer came with Windows 11. Some programs we use are not compatible with Windows 11 and causes issues. I specifically ordered this for Windows 10.

Blue screen problems
Good product with the only unsolvable problem - blue screen issues (see pic) prevent work every 2 weeks on average. I will return my pc. to Amazon. Amen to that.

Crashes often. Currently locked up
So disappointed. In the 2 months I have had it, it has crashed at least ten times. Every time I have lost important information that I was working on.
