Q: How can I find my shade since there's no shade guide lines?

Q: I just received my product and it does not have a pump on the top. When I unscrew it there is just a long plastic rod attached to the top?

I thought the same thing at first. Don’t unscrew the cap, just lift it straight up and off. The rod is the conduit for the foundation to travel up and then out of the pump.

Q: How long does 1 bottle last?

It’s one fluid oz. (standard for most foundations) so it would depend how often and how much you use.

Q: I have very pale skin, what shade would you recommend? Probably the lightest?
