Context: I went to bed fine one night, woke up and was not. Aggressive knot in my shoulder/neck/upper back. Heating pads and handheld massagers can only do so much. So I snagged this in the hope it would help.2 weeks later...both my roommate and I have been using it because she screwed up her back. I would absolutely buy this again if I needed to. It's helped a lot.One thing of note: even if you aren't using the heat setting (2 lines on the switch) the pillow does get warm. I think that's a virtue of the mechanical parts running but am not sure.

It was a gift for my boyfriend he set it up on his gaming chair for when he games! Says it works good and feels good but when I saw it it looked smaller than what I was expecting!

It did relax and had some effect on making me comfortable for a while by massaging during breaks, but the massage wasn't very strong and some places couldn't be massaged

I love this pillow massager. I control the pressure & can have it with or without heat. It's great for getting knots out! Well worth the cost. Received one as a gift, then bought one to give as a gift! Definitely recommend!

Caught this on sale for cyber week deals and paid less than $25 so it was worth a try. My neck back and shoulders are always stiff and tight. So i wanted a massager I could lie on. A full body probably wouldve been better, but nothing against this one I was just to cheap. Lol! This is okay for the price. I wish there were a few more kneads to reach a wider area. But i can adjust it to where I need it. The only real pet peeve I have is that its only 2 speeds . The overall kneading can be a bit rough and both settings feel the same. If you could change the intensity that would be cool. But again, for the price ,no complains. If it cost more then Id definitely need more kneading fingers and settings with varying degrees of intensity.

Second time I’ve bought this. Last time it died in a year. This time in an hour. I live in Costa Rica and cannot return it easily in a month. Can the company message me about what my options are? Bummer.

I bought this for my trucker husband for Father's day. He works very long hours. He said his back hurt really dad. I found this and got it. He uses it on his entire back, neck, and shoulders. He can't put it down.

The massager is pretty impressive, but short in terms of power, at least for massaging of the lower back. If pressure on the massager ( body weight) is too much, the massager overheats and shuts down or stops turning.

This massager is fantastic. I have chronic neck and lower back pain and get regular massages (and ask them to do it very firm). It took a while to figure out how to position it properly for each part of my neck/shoulders/back, but once it’s in the right spot, it works so well. The heat setting is nice too.I have just bought a second one for my sister who also suffers from chronic neck and shoulder pain.

My shoulder was paining from around 2,3 weeks then I jumped on to amazon to look for some massager. Found this one the cheapest with extra option. Really enjoying it. It’s powerful. Giving relief from my shoulder pain. Great product.

The massager is very good and I like that it is very potable. The service was terrific too, the first machine I bought was faulty and they arranged to send out a new one - I did have to wait for stock to come in but it did arrive and works very well. Thanks.

Great for sciatica. I have tried a couple of different designs of massagers, but this one, although a bit more expensive than some others, is by far the best.
