This stool is a great size if you have a small shower, but still need to sit. It is light and easy to move, yet sturdy. The top also rotates so you can move in and out of the water without standing up, which makes it safer. Assembly was quick and easy. While I've only used it for 2 weeks, the material seems very durable. Highly recommend. I am very glad I purchased it to help after major surgery.

This worked out perfectly for my Mother. It fit in her small shower and does not move. The swivel on the chair seat, my Mother didn’t like but it worked perfectly for myself and care providers who shower her. I would recommend this shower seat!

This shower chair was easy to put together and there were no tools needed. It was easy to adjust the height. The rubber feet prevented slipping as long as all four of them were touching the bottom of the tub. It's not very wide, so it fit in my tub just fine. I thought I would be using the swiveling seat feature more, but I ended up using the chair mostly facing the same direction.Downsides: Since the seat surface is flat, your bottom can slip around if you're not careful or if there's any soap on it. The screws, while easy to install, will come loose over time and you will need to regularly check to make sure they are tight. I also need to mention that the weight limit is 250lbs; this is not just a recommendation, it's the truth. Even if it withstands that weight and doesn't break right away, it will break after repeated use. My 2 housemates and I all shared this chair during our showers and I am the heaviest of them, just around 250lbs. They weigh much less. We used it regularly for about 2 months. During one of my showers, I was sitting to wash myself, and after a few minutes, the chair legs bent and the chair collapsed.Overall, I would say this is a good shower chair if you're under 250lbs and stay under it. Just be sure to tighten the screws every now and then, and be careful not to slip when sitting down.
