TW-1.2 Beam-Type Torque Wrench

The Park Tool TW-1.2 is a must-have for dialing in lower torque specs on bike components. It’s easy to use, feels solid in hand, and gives you confidence that you're not over-tightening delicate parts. Perfect for stems, seat clamps, and carbon components. Reliable and well worth it!

Perfect build, perfect quality and perfect function. Park products are consistently good, and this Torque wrench does not disappoint. It is the perfect size for working on a bike. It is accurate and you can get right to the desired torque. The quality is excellent and I expect to have this in the tool chest for a long, long time.

Feel like quality control can be better, first one had to return due to pointer tip being off center on rod causing it to rub/drag on the guage. Second one the pointer didn't sit at 0/center.

I have a click torque wrench, but it accidentally fell and now is miscalibrated. I bought this new park tool beam torque wrench and I feel like it's more reliable on low torque applications, budget friendly and no miscalibration risk, lighter and comfortly to use

Trusted name in tools for 2- wheeled, vehicles. You don’t wanna cheap-out when selecting torque wrenches.

This TW-1.2 beam-type torque wrench is great. I received the TW-5.2 as a gift years ago and it never had a positive "click" when appropriate torque is reached. The knob and spring also fell out within the first 2 minutes of use. On the other hand, this TW-1.2 constantly reads out torque so you know you aren't cranking too hard, and there's no knob to fall off. There are other beam-type torque wrenches available, but they either don't have a 3/8" drive or they have a limited range of torque values or they don't have Nm printed on the scale. The TW-1.2 has it all if you're looking for a wrench for lower torque applications on a bicycle. The fact that it's about 1/3 the cost of a TW-5.2 is a no-brainer. Get this and save yourself the headache of the TW-5.2.

I like the fact that it has a 3/8 drive so the socketed allen wrenches are very standard. The scale is easy to read and it works perfectly for my bicycle. This is a quality tool that I've come associate with the Park Tool brand.

I'll keep it because I know how to calibrate it, but I expected better from Park Tool. Even at +/- 4% accuracy, you could at least sell these calibrated to 0.

easy to use and well designed product
