I’m 55 started taking this. Omg what a difference in the way I feel. Get it worth every penny. Y’all need to let me be a Rep I have so many of my friends and family taking it now.

Great product but wish the dosage was 30 MG so you can split it I would take this at night not Am cause you’ll be tired if you work the 9-5 right after work I would take this around 6pm do not take Am 88 MG is high so yeah you’ll be awake in the Am but right at 4PM you’ll be cooked tired sleepy.

There isn’t really a big difference between taking this product and not taking it. There’s no negative side effects, but if there are no positive benefits, then it’s not worth buying the supplement. I would say this one isn’t worth the money and I don’t recommend it.

Been taking this daily for a while now and noticed my mood feels a bit more even, less of the random dips throughout the day. Capsule's easy to swallow, no aftertaste. 240 count is great value, lasts ages compared to other brands. No side effects to report. Would repurchase.
