Q: can I use this to repair concrete statues?

I cannot tell for sure but I dot see why not. I patched the wall in my basement. You would have to read the directions. I am thinking that your statues would be outside. Not sure what the concrete would do with freezing temperature. Of course this also depend where you live. Good luck with your project.

Q: Can this be used on cracks in my driveway?

I've used it for patch work outside and it's held up for at least 2 years. It's rare the color will match, but it does the job of sealing cracks.
