I have just checked and on the side of the box in which it was delivered and where the bar code is it states China, I hope this is helpful.

What was meant to come in the box? The iron was not packed well and the box was not sealed. Just want to check if anything’s missing!

Just the iron, in cardboard cut out to fit in the box, a plastic cover on the plug and the instruction manual. As far as I recall.
