It works great BUT 1 negative thing is .they built in a safety feature . the unit has to be pointed down ALWAYS. or the unit will going pause mode .example . if you need to go over a area that is stationary. and can not be moved aka a toilet or sink .you can only scan the top surface NOT the sides or underneath. This unit did not work straight out the box. It had no directions, and only two buttons. New batteries were used. The On/Off button was pressed, as well as the time button and was attempted with and without the LED's extracted. However, this unit never turned on. It should have been tested prior to shipping.

Operates as stated. I guess it is killing the germs as they state, have not done any analytical testing.

Verry Cheaply made and overall UV output is low. Very flimsy. Mine has started to come apart with less than 4 days use.

Gift to my brother for his international travels.

I purchased this as I have wanted one for some time and this one is small enough to fit in my purse. It is very light weight as well. I like the safety feature of it shutting off when turned upward and the display is bright and easy to read. The only thing I'm not sure of is how long you need to hold it on an area to enable sterilization, but other than that I am very happy with this unit. I intend to use it to sterilize my cell phone, when traveling and for my dog's beds as well. The item was shipped quickly, came well packaged in a nice box with a magnetic closure and a cloth bag to protect it. Item is as described.
