Not very absorbent
Not as absorbent as the foam with AU. Just a cheaper price. If it is a mild case of {small} open sore, they are fine. If it is a severe case, stick with the foam dressings.

These have the high absorbency brown material which most of the others do not. They are also usable to be trimmed to fit without wasting a bunch.

My husband found these to help an infection that I couldnt get it healed I put one on those silver calicum folded on to the wound and a tegadarn, which will always uSe with this or Anytime of long healing wounds. Love this natural stuff...
