I’ve been on CPAP now for nearly 8 years with limited success. Even so, I would be tired all day and need a nap in the afternoon. I would also get a headache usually once a day in the afternoon. I was pretty fed up with it. I read about these pillows on Facebook and thought what the heck, it can’t hurt. The first night I tried it I thought, “this is different “. The pillow is not soft like most pillows. It is very supportive. The center part that is lower actually supports your head like it’s in someone’s hands. It’s that comfortable. I’ve been on it for nearly 2 weeks now and guess what. Headaches are gone, I haven’t had one since I started using this pillow. Naps are gone, haven’t needed one since I started using this pillow. That fatigued feeling I had all day, gone. I know, it’s hard to believe but I swear to you it helped me considerably. It’s only been two weeks so I’m still a little curious if this will continue, but it’s been a great two weeks. I hate to think how much money I’ve spent on sleep studies and equipment and supplies for CPAP when all I needed was a decent pillow. I also bought the pillows that keep me on my left side all night. Those help as well.

At first, this pillow felt a little unusual compared with a traditional pillow, so it took me a few nights to get used to the shape. After that adjustment period, I started to really appreciate it. The support for the neck feels natural, and it stays very stable throughout the night. What surprised me most is how calm and quiet my sleep feels now. My head and neck stay in a comfortable position, and I’m able to fall into deeper sleep more easily. If you’re considering this pillow, I would recommend giving it a few nights to adjust—the comfort becomes much more noticeable after that.

I love this pillow. It has helped with my apnea and also helps by neck and back pain. Good quality and does help keep my neck cool. Washes well and the size is perfect for me.

This pillow is uniquely designed for head, neck and shoulder comfort and I like it very much. I would prefer for it to be just a little harder for optimal head support.

MUST BUY! I’ve had neck pain most of my life. I’m 66 years old. I sleep both on my back and sides. A standard shaped gel foam pillow was best I could do, after trying many types through the years. Sometimes I woke up with so much neck pain I’d swear my neck was broken. Anyway, this is one weird looking pillow but I tried it. I was flabbergasted that I now have no neck pain at all. I thought it was a fluke the first morning. But it’s been weeks and I’m still pain free.

After using the pillow for almost a week, it is still holding a chemical odor. Neck support: I would have liked this pillow to have more height. Attempts to contact the sellers customer support to request the additional booster has been redirected to Amazon customer service and has proved a bit more hassle than I would prefer. Research shows the booster is less than 1" and for optimal Comfort- I might require 2 of them due to the compression of the pillow through the night. Sleep quality had improved overall compared to a standard pillow.

Great for correcting my neck during sleep.

J'étais à la recherche d'une solution pour mes douleurs cervicales récurrentes et ma gêne au réveil, et cet oreiller a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Firstly, this pillow is very well made, so that is a plus. I bought it after a month of horrible neck pain and headaches. Lying on it was not comfortable on the first night and the odour was fairly strong but not unbearable. I sleep on my side and awoke in the night on my back. It takes time to get used to. It can also get warm to lie on but not too bad. Night two was more comfortable, and the odour wasn’t as strong, however I still awoke during the night. I tried using my old pillow and immediately changed back so this is definitely an improvement and really does support your neck, even though it takes time adjusting to the different shape. So, despite everything I have said, my neck has definitely improved, and after two nights, my headache was gone. It has definitely exceeded my expectations, and when my head gets used lying on this pillow, I think it’s going to be a very worthwhile purchase. As my main reason for buying it was my neck pain, so I have to give it all 5 stars because the improvement is significant in such a short time. I would recommend this pillow to anyone waking up in the morning with neck pain.

Good quality but delivery took a while and packaging was a bit damaged and patched up

Tenía mucho tiempo con mi almohada y ya era momento de cambiarla, por lo que opté por este tipo de almohada cervical, ya que cubre una mayor variedad de posiciones al dormir. Me gusta mucho que tiene dos lados con diferente altura, lo que permite adaptarla según las necesidades de cada persona y encontrar la posición más cómoda para el cuello y la cabeza. El material de espuma con memoria se adapta muy bien y ofrece un buen soporte sin sentirse rígido. En general, es una almohada cómoda y funcional, ideal si buscas mejorar tu descanso y cuidar la postura, especialmente si duermes de lado. Con el paso de los días de uso, el dolor que tenía en el hombro se redujo notablemente, lo cual ha hecho una gran diferencia en mi descanso.
