I read a lot of reviews for this pillow before ordering it. I didn't know what to expect, but I did not expect to love it from the first night. I had surgery and must sleep on my back and I was looking for a pillow that would make it a more comfortable and restful night for me. This pillow did it from the first night. It cradles my head perfectly and I managed to sleep and wake feeling refreshed. No stiff neck. No fighting with the pillow. Perfect size for a regular pillow case as well. Some reviews said there was an odor, but I did not detect anything offensive. This is a good quality pillow. I ordered a second one for my spouse.

For the first time in A long time I woke up without my neck or shoulders hurting 😭😭. I tested this out for the first time last night and omg. I am so happy with this purchase and grateful to have relief 😮‍💨. The support make me feel like a I can comfortably just fall asleep on my back ( habitual side sleeper) and sleep through the night.

I’ve been on CPAP now for nearly 8 years with limited success. Even so, I would be tired all day and need a nap in the afternoon. I would also get a headache usually once a day in the afternoon. I was pretty fed up with it. I read about these pillows on Facebook and thought what the heck, it can’t hurt. The first night I tried it I thought, “this is different “. The pillow is not soft like most pillows. It is very supportive. The center part that is lower actually supports your head like it’s in someone’s hands. It’s that comfortable. I’ve been on it for nearly 2 weeks now and guess what. Headaches are gone, I haven’t had one since I started using this pillow. Naps are gone, haven’t needed one since I started using this pillow. That fatigued feeling I had all day, gone. I know, it’s hard to believe but I swear to you it helped me considerably. It’s only been two weeks so I’m still a little curious if this will continue, but it’s been a great two weeks. I hate to think how much money I’ve spent on sleep studies and equipment and supplies for CPAP when all I needed was a decent pillow. I also bought the pillows that keep me on my left side all night. Those help as well.

The kids found it to be exceptionally comfortable, and no significant issues were reported. However, after a few days of use, my daughtet expressed some reservations, indicating a mixed reception for the product. Did have to let it air out for a couple hours before.But the odor did leave after a day.And a half

This pillow is just what I needed! No more neck pain. I am sleeping so much better. I love the way it cradles the neck, also is great for side sleepers.

It is a good cervical pillow. Not sure how it compares to others, as this is the first one I have tried. When I chose this one, it said you can contact them for a booster pad for free, of your don't think the height is high enough. So, I contacted them and they gave me a link to order the booster pad on Amazon and then I can contact them to be reimbursed. So, I will probably just return the pillow. I do not want to order a booster pad and then contact them to reimburse me. They should have just A. Sent it in the original packaging or B. Not mention you can reach out for a free booster. Poor business model if you ask me. My left arm only went numb once last night, so the pillow is an improvement. It probably wouldn't have been numb at all had the height been correct for me. So, now I'm deciding if I'm going to keep or return it and get a different pillow that won't mke me jump hoops for more height in the product.

I have struggled with neck pain for so long. And this pillow had changed everything! My head fits on it perfectly. The size is just right! It's firm and soft where you need it. It smells wonderful! And it's versatile! It comes with a fitted pillowcase already on it! Don't miss out! Get it now!

** Update 4-15-25 ** I finally did get the “riser” pillow only to discover that it is under an inch thick and compresses so easily that it doesn’t add any actual height to the pillow when used. I added this “riser” under the pillow and have used this for a few weeks after and found no discernible difference most likely due to the “riser” being is very thin foam and not of the same material as the pillow is made from. Even with the riser and continued use I wound up still waking up like I did in my initial review. While the pillow worked at keeping my neck from moving, the riser did not help at all unfortunately. I have switched back to a regular pillow now as I wound up with a stiff neck in the middle of the night from continued use. Using a regular pillow for the past week has alleviated my pain and breathing issues. It was worth trying but ultimately this pillow did not help. ** Original Review ** The pillow came vaccum sealed in a bag and once removed expanded to its normal size. It has a well made cover and the pillow itself doesn’t emit any odor which was a concern from other reviews. However the pillow itself is too short in height for me personally. Even after the two week break in period which is noted on a included card regarding some discomfort while your neck adjusts, I would repeatedly wake up during my sleep from not being able to breathe as a result of my neck being so flat from using this pillow. I reached out to customer service about a riser pillow and was asked to provided my order number and shipping contact info which I did and was told one would be sent. A week later I followed up on the status and was now told that the riser pillows were on back order but would be shipped as soon as they arrive, that was Feb 1st. I’ve had no further updates from the company who makes the pillow on my request , haven’t received the riser and I have had to stop using this pillow and while ai have neck pain from my other pillow I don’t wake up every night from not being able to breathe as a result. If the company can provide a riser I can update this review.
