I am very pleased with this product. It is quite effective, while also gentle acting. So many are effective, but way too harsh! I put it in my water first thing in the morning; there is no grit or taste. I'm grateful to have found this wonderful formulation! I just set it up on 'Subscribe & Save'.

Non bloating and no allergic reaction! Mixed well and dissolved easily. Great product for PCOS, and MCAS sufferers like myself!

It did seem to help things move along. But it’s not dissolve in water. You can keep adding water you can shake it, but it still sticks to the cup. If you would like to use it, I suggest you put it in your coffee. It does well in warm liquids.

I’ve used this product twice, and wow! Since I don’t have a gallbladder, it can be hard for me to eat certain foods when I’m out. After just two uses, I’ve noticed I can enjoy foods without that sudden urgency to use the restroom. I love being able to go out without worrying, and I’ll definitely be bringing this with me when I travel.

This is good inulin fiber, was hoping for better result for constipation. I will keep taking it just because I need fiber, but it is not a cure for all types of constipation issues....It dissolves well and no taste ...which is good!
