Great quality.
The gong and stick are both sturdy, heavy, and great quality. The tone is amazing - strong yet peaceful. I use it to purify my home with sound, start spiritual rituals, or wake up the house with peaceful vibrations.

Good gong!
I love it! Used just once, along with a vuvuzela also bought from Amazon, it frightened away those next-door teenagers who bothered me a lot by playing baskball in their backyard, just a couple of feet from me, in this densely housed district. Their parents refused to negotiate, and so I made some music using this gong and a vuvuzela. I'd say it's loud enough, and it really sounds like a traditional Chinese gong.

good size and sound quality
I ordered this for our production of Clue (the Cook repeatedly strikes a gong and scares the guests) and I am very pleased with the size and sound quality. I think the ribbon that came with it is cheap looking, so I'm going to use a braided cord instead. Otherwise, very pleased!

We love this gong in our real estate office. Anytime someone has something successful happen, we hit the gong! It is quality metal. The ribbons are strong…and long! The striker works great.

The product arrived scratched and in poor condition.
The product comes with scratches and peeling, it looks like it was used and sent like that.

Clear bright ring with overtones
This was a great sounding Gong. However the ribbon included on which you could suspend the Gong was no where long enough to support the gong. The shipping box was horrible Im amazed it wasn't damaged. I am asking for a refund and will reorder the 14.2 inch gong which will be better size for me.
