The Only One That Worked!
I tried AYR gel, Nozaid, Saline sprays, and a couple other products none of them were able to hydrate my nose as well as this stuff, especially the spray. I might’ve had a reaction to the other things but ever since I got my septoplasty in the dry nose phase right now and had trouble keeping my nose, moist overnight and throughout dry days. This stuff is great and I only have to use it a few times a day. It might be the potassium in it or something else. I’ve noticed that is unique to this product.

Excellent supplement to allergy meds
Not using Rhinase as a treatment itself, but rather to mitigate medication side effects of drying and damage to nasal passages. Chronic runny nose and congestion--constantly sniffy, stuffy, and blowing my nose (rhinorrhoea/rhinitis). Have used Allegra, Atrovent, and Flunase over the last 4-5 years with good success (Atrovent nasal spray is a game changer) - however, all of these have caused recurrent, minor nosebleeds and bloody mucus due to drying out the nasal passages significantly. Enter Rhinase - I'm currently using Atrovent nasal spray 3x daily and Rhinase saline spray & gel 2x per day in between Atrovent uses. Rhinase saline rinses & cleans the nasal passages, and the gel is easy to put on a Q-tip and gently rub into the nose to further moisturize. Rhinase doesn't interfere with Atrovent, but I do space them out just so it won't 'wash away' any of the Atrovent. Bottom line = no more nosebleeds and barely any trace of blood or bloody mucus. And my nose feels clean and not dried out. So much better.

Good products from a company with integrity
Recently I purchased a tube of Rhinase Nasal Gel to see if it would be more effective than the product I had been using for several years. It definitely was more effective than Ayr’s Saline Nasal Gel. Since I was favorably impressed with the gel and armed with a code for a 10 per cent discount on my next purchase of a Rhinase product I ordered the Rhinase Nasal Gel and Nasal Mist Combo. During checkout things did not go well. Amazon would not accept the code. At about the same time I received another email from Profounda the maker of Rhinase for yet another ten per cent discount. Amazon would not accept this code either. I went ahead and ordered the combo anyhow and then sent Profounda a less than friendly letter telling them what I thought about their codes. I received a prompt reply along with a phone number to call. Since I have impaired hearing the thought of a phone call to them was of little interest so I emailed back suggesting that if they were really willing to honor their discount they could credit my Amazon account for the amount to the discount. At this point I gave the Rhinase Nasal Mist a try and wow! Unlike a few other nasal sprays I’ve tried this one did not burn and really seems to work. I was happy with both the gel and mist. Then came the topping - an email from Amazon notifying me that Profounda had credited my account for an amount equal to the discount I would have received if the codes would have been accepted in the purchase. In today’s market Profounda is a rarity. They have a couple of very good products and the integrity to back them up.

Hydrating and great for dry noses!
I was going through a period where my nose was so dry that it was painful. I tried several other remedies first, but sadly nothing helped. I finally decided to see if nasal gel / moisturizer was a thing. I work in pharmacy and you'd be surprised what's out there. I was happy to see it existed and immediately bought it! It applies easily (yes, you have to get into your nose), and doesn't burn or sting. I usually have sensitive skin and had no issue with this gel. It helped SO much with the burning/stinging feeling and I could finally sleep at night peacefully. I only wish it had a bit longer staying power, but that would required more of a cream or ointment, and this is a gel and so is water-based.

The only product that relieved my dry nose
I have suffered from an extremely dry nose and overly active nasal nerves for years. My nasal passages would get so dry, my nasal nerves would start throbbing and then overcompensate, causing my nose to run constantly for the next 24 hours. It was so out of control, I couldn't work out breathing through my nose. If I did, the following day, I would have hell to pay. My nose would run so bad that I couldn't drive 2 blocks to the nearest drug store to buy Kleenex without stuffing small wads of tissue into my nostrils to keep the mucus from running out and down my lips and chin. I had tried other nasal and saline sprays. I found one that would give me some relief, but not enough to be able to breathe comfortably through my nose while working out or exerting myself. When I went to an ENT specialist, he quickly brushed off my problem and dismissed me with a prescription for an oil that only made my symptoms worse, and said I probably had fibromyalgia. WTH? Finally, I decided to try this Rhinase gel. I can't believe how quickly and perfectly this worked! Not only did it stop my dry nasal passages, but it lasted long enough for me to be able to breathe comfortably through my nose without experiencing any of the overreacting nerve problems I had in the past. I am a customer for life.

100% AMAZING. My nose feels fantastic.
I had septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery done last year, and since then my nose has been SO dry. It gets irritated/inflamed as well. If I leave the coastal area where I live or the heater runs too long, my nose will crack a bit and bleed inside. If that wasn't enough, I use a CPAP machine and have post nasal drip (and supposedly, allergies). I'd tried just about all the sprays I could find in regular stores, as well as Neosporin to combat the dryness and irritation. Nothing really worked, or it made it worse. I've been using the spray for a week now, and let me tell you, it's a life changer. My nose stays moist! For hours! Even overnight. No more painful dryness and irritation. Not only that, my post nasal drip is significantly better—nearly non-existent. My nose doesn't get stuffy any more. It's hard to believe this was out there and I just hadn't found it. I suffered from symptoms for a year until I found this.

Very good product. Packaging is the only negative aspect.
I have used Rhinase nasal gel before, and it worked great. The spray also works excellent for my needs. I typically alternate and try a wide variety of products, due to a chronic nose issue from a botched corrective surgery to restore breathing. Ever since, it's been a nightmare with all of the sensitivity, dryness, bleeding. Additionally, allergies make the problem much worse. Keeping my nose well moisturized is a necessity and at least allows me to control one aspect of the misery. It does great keeping in moisture, as it doesn't dry out fast. With that said, you will need to eventually clear it from your nose (I use either wet qtips or a wet wipe etc), especially before next application, because it cakes up otherwise. My only complaint on the ge, is the packaging.. You're better off trying to transfer the product into another container. It often jets out of the tube (wasting much gel at a time), also, the metal tube always punctures/tears, causing leaks everywhere. Thus, you end up wasting a majority amount whilst creating a huge mess. I've also had the gel get stuck in the tube. Actual product itself, is great though.

It seems to work...but I'm very worried about the long-term effects of the ingredients. :o( :o( :o(
It actually seems to work, but I am disturbed by something I just read online about one of the ingredients at Mercola.com which says: ---- "Propylene Glycol - This active ingredient is found in engine coolants and antifreeze, airplane de-icers, tire sealants, rubber cleaners, polyurethane cushions, paints, adhesives, enamels and varnishes, and in many products as a solvent or surfactant. And guess what? Despite the fact the material safety data sheet warns users to avoid skin contact with propylene glycol as it is a strong skin irritant and can also cause liver abnormalities and kidney damage, it's more than likely in your shampoo." ------ Yikes!! and Arrrrgh! >:o( And similar bad news on Polyethelene. So if someone at the Rhinase company can assure me that statement is false, I won't buy this again. Very sad. And I'm disturbed a company would even make a product, which is used INSIDE the nose (I bought combo pack of spray and gel), out of such chemicals. I'm NOT HAPPY I used it before looking into it more. Can't you make the same thing out of something safe like Coconut oil or something? Please. This product seems to work, but I don't want to mess with the effects of Propylene Glycol, Polyethelene, and the other chemicals. In short, I'm still looking for something that works well and isn't a potentially harmful in other ways.
