Great headset, though the noise canceling on two of the ones I purchased quit working after less than a year. I exchanged one of them and it also failed after a few months. Other than that, I love these headsets - I just haven't had the best luck with quality. This seems to be limited as I have over a dozen users and only 2 have had this issue. Support to resolve this was impossible so I simply gave up.

I purchased this Voyer wireless headset from Amazon in April for $150, and after only four months, it literally popped into pieces while I was putting it on my head. This headset has never been dropped, mishandled, or abused, and I kept it carefully stored at my clean home workstation. The photos show the plastic housing completely separated, the internal wiring exposed, and the headset rendered entirely unusable. For $150, this level of construction is absolutely disgusting, unacceptable, and shockingly cheap. The failure was so extreme that it honestly makes me question whether I received a previously damaged or poorly repaired product. I am now out $150 and left without the headset I need for work, while Amazon refused to help and simply told me to contact the manufacturer. This is a low-quality piece of garbage that did not even survive one year of normal, careful use, and I would never recommend it to anyone. I am furious with both the product and the terrible customer service, and I will continue sharing this experience so other customers do not waste their money the way I did.

I use this for collaborating with work colleagues through MS Teams calls. I'm on calls 9 - 11 hours a day and this headset is comfortable, light-weight, and holds the charge all day. Headset switches seamlessly between my laptop and my phone, and I've even been able to transfer a MS Teams call from my laptop to my phone without any issues. Range is really good, I can wander all over my house (up and down stairs, into the basement and the garage) without any issues. My observed range is about 75 feet over Bluetooth before audio starts to cut out; the range with the supplied receiver is closer to 90 feet. Would be nice if I could connect and disconnect from MS Teams calls, but I have been unable to make that feature work. Documentation says that feature is available, and there is a button on the headset, but it just doesn't work for me. Not a big deal and I'm sure I'll figure out how to make that work some day. Overall a great headset and, for this reviewer, money well spent.

I got this set first time on May 29th, 2023 (got a second set recently). I carried it with me to work every other week, and used it daily. Only recently the connection started to drop (if you turn it off and on it takes less than like 3 seconds to be back on the call). Then one day the headphone pad came off and I figured that it was the reason for bad connection, and also it looks like the design allows for that to happen. It was the side that you place on the charger, and maybe all the pressure eventually wears it down. Please use the HP Poly app or software to update the headset and the USB dongle, that might be why you're having problems. I'm giving this 5 starts because this is the only decently priced headset that has an app/software that I can use to update it and adjust the settings. The USB dongle turns red when muted and blue when unmuted (works to test on app like Jabber, open audio settings, or while on call). I can easily look over and see if I need to unmute. The mute button makes no noise that the caller can hear, and you don’t need to move it up or down, just press the button on the mic. The mic can be on either side. I know it's lengthy but this head set is really underrated and misrepresented. The pictures from Poly look exactly like the headset, so I gave you software images instead. Buy it. Update it. And maybe use the cord to charge it lol, I threw it back on the charger because honestly I got a lot of use out of it.

Great sound and mic sounds good on the other side. ANC works great and has different levels. Wish the mute had a range when mic is up. But it only mutes at the highest position. It does have a button for mute as well. Great fit overall

Makes my day job so much easier not being toggled to my desk by a wire. Clarity is good and it is easy to mute in a second. I just need to make sure that I put it on the charging stand correctly until I hear it click. A couple of times I haven’t paid attention and did not get a full charge. Great product.

I purchased this headset in January 2026 specifically for its noise cancellation feature, as I work from home with background noise. Unfortunately, the noise cancellation does not work as expected—my background noise is still clearly heard during calls. In addition, the headset has another issue where the volume lowers automatically while I’m speaking, which makes it difficult to communicate effectively. I’ve only had this product for about two months, and it has not met the advertised performance. I previously sent a message to the seller regarding these issues, but no action was taken and the problem was not resolved.

If you need to rely on your headset for an 8 hours workday - this is the unit for you. I have 4310 (1 ear) myself, and got my wife 4320. Comfort is great, sound quality is perfect, noise cancellation is excellent, and the unit last all day (recharging on the base while at lunch). I think that pretty much covers everything.

Prix correcte pour ce casque de super qualité. Je recommande l’achat pour celui qui cherche un casque de bureau pour passer des appels !

Better than my previous version. Just before you start paring the headset with your pc Bluetooth, use the dongle provided, it is a huge sound quality improvement. I use about 5 to 6 hours daily and now I can walk while I am speaking. There is a button to mute and the usb dongle color will be red when you be muted.
