This little guy is awesome
So the primary reason I bought this is I do my own pesticide spray and lugging around the two gallon sprayer while constantly crouching over was killing my back. I bought this little guy so I could wheel around the sprayer and save my back a little. It works great for that. But as you can see it's great for moving around yard tools as well. The wheels are sturdy and I can easily pull it over the rocks in my Arizona yard. Assembly was fairly simple. Instructions aren't fool proof and if you aren't paying attention you could assemble a part incorrectly. But it's easy to just remove the fastener and assemble it correctly.

Not well built
I bought this item thinking that it would be very helpful for me to go around the yard with all of my yard tools and supplies. Putting this item together was very difficult. There were no parts missing, but when everything was put together, nothing was solid all the joints were loose, even after trying to tighten them. The construction of this item is not very good and would not recommend. I also find it very difficult to use because the item is so poorly designed. Save your money.

Wish it came with real instructions...
I bought this for my mother who loves gardening and is a senior. I didn't want her running back and forth in the garden with all her tools in hand, so I thought this would be useful for her. It arrived and after it was assembled it worked like a charm. The issues and the low ratings are because the instructions was just a picture - no words - no real instructions. The other part was because it didn't feel as sturdy as I'd like it no matter how much I tightened the bolts and screws. Overall, it's definitely a cute idea, but be prepared to assemble by sight. Maybe watch a video first on youtube for it?

Assembly Instructions would help
The first delivery had parts missing, but the seller took return with no hassle and shipped a replacement immediately (before I had even reurned the defective one). As noted in other reviews, assembly is complicated by no instructions apart from a part list indicating where all the pieces go. I was able to assemble it with only minor difficulty, but a second pair of hands is helpful. One previous reviewer thought that the wheels were unstable and they were a little loose, so I cut 1/4" spacers from PVC irrigation pipe to go against the inside cotter pin which tightened up the wheels considerably. To steady the wheels, measure the axle to make sure that it is centered on the upright and tighten the bolt that bends the tab holding the axle in place as tightly as possible. Pay careful attention when assembling the 2nd piece of the upright. The piece is not symmetrical and the end which has the shorter extension beyond the bolt holes is the top where the handle fits. The handle will not fit in the bottom end. The bottom end slides into the lower piece with the wheels; it cannot be forced in from the side. After assembly, I tied a bungee cord around the handle to secure the garden tool handles inside the upper hoop to inprove stability and control the tools. I placed the handtool skirt on the upper hoop to minimize stooping.

Not the best design
Managed to get it together. BUT poor design.Axel/tires. Had to use a mallet and a lot of effort to get wheels on.Instructions - poorly done.Handle, doesn’t tighten up. Remains loos and hard to manage.Bucket - tires rub against and it feels hard to move, like tires are in muck.Metal hoop for tools, too big and allows long handled tools to smack you while trying to move.I have a few changes to make, then I might like this, but it would be nice if someone actually thought through the USE of it before marketing!Would I recommend…. NO. KEEP LOOKINGI’m not returning because I bought never flat tires ( and before you say that’s the issue with tires & axel, it’s not! The air filled tires didn’t go on axel at all.). I think I can fix the above problems (Jerry rigged) but usable!

Not useable
This is so poorly made I had to return it. The wheels are basically on an axle that does not stay stable, it just goes through two holes, so the wheels move to the left and right. Ridiculous! Love the concept, not to product!
