Do these work in carhartt bib overalls?

I'm not familiar with the Carhartt bib overall or the fact that they have knee insert pockets. What's nice about these inserts is the are scissor cuttable, I recommend forcing the pad into the pad pocket without cutting, once you wear the pant the pads seem to shift and find their natural fit spot, if they don't then cut it.

I have the 5.11 XPRT pants. They came with the 5.11 knee pads. I just received these MTacs today and the second I touched them I knew they were garbage. Not to mention how small they are. I was going to send them back immediately because there is absolutely no way in hell these will hold up under any real use. Then I realized they are not knee pads. These people send you elbow pads an lie and call them knee pads. If I’m being honest? They would probably fair OK as elbow pads. But trey are WAY too thin and flimsy to be used as knee pads. No joke? I would not be surprised if they tore after a single day of use.

Will these fit in Carhartt men's work pants and are they washable?

I don't know if they'll fit that particular pant but would assume so. I don't imagine that they're washable. They're like a neoprene rubber, and as they're an insert, don't know if you'd need or want to wash them...
