Works for me! Just my opinion!
I take one capsule a day for 12 weeks and then go off them for 2 weeks. Prescribed by my dermatologist for lipodermatosclerosis - small vein insufficiency. Works for me! Prevents swollen ankles.

My physician suggested I try this to reduce the edema in my legs. I researched this through PubMed and discovered that there is substantial evidence to support its use for this purpose. I took 300 mg twice a day and after 6 days I could see a remarkable difference no swelling in legs and feet and no pain when I walk. I have stayed on now for three months. I came off and the problem returned after two days so I may be on for a while. The only downside is nausea, which is one of the noted side effects. Not enough to make me stop using the product. I highly recommend.

Varicose Veins/office job
I love this supplement!! I work at an office and I’m sitting down all day long. Sadly I started to develop varicose veins. I did my research and found that taking horse chestnut can be beneficial. I order this supplement and it works wonders, after a month I started to see the difference. My legs felt less tired and my veins weren’t not as bumpy as before. Yours legs will thank you! Trust me, I’m ordering my second bottle. I highly recommend I didn’t have any side effects. Some people can get nauseous by taking horse chestnut. Thank goodness not my case.

Increases blood low
Still using it ... do feel some difference..increases blood flow ..but i dont think i would buy it again ... yeah i bought off of a recomendation from someone on Facebook... i might update the review if i feel it is a great supplement and should buy again...
