I used To drink this tea when i was Younger to lose weight and i lost It all . Obviously losing weight takes a while but this definitely kicked it up a notch. Yes when u drink this tea u will need to go to the bathroom a lot the first day sometimes the second. You’ll still have to go to the bathroom a couple more times than ur usual after that but it’s the tea removing alllll the toxins in ur body. But if you’re not dieting or at least portioning your food intake and think u can eat anything while doing this tea it’ll take u longer to lose weight

I'm not sure about the weight loss just because I dont work out and my diet is not the best. But one thing for sure is that it will make you go. You'll feel much lighter.
